*a million dollars more was spent on this home than the others, and it shows!

A french parisian chateau in the middle of the desert?? Why not :)
This is something you don't see every day, and it is fabulous!

The luxury begins at the mailbox.
Who wouldn't love to get the mail everyday with this beauty!

Throughout the home the round architectural detail and geometric patterns are featured in both the exterior and interior.
It shows up even in the smallest of details in the home.

The beautiful iron work on the front patio.

It was hard to get an empty shot of this, it was always full of people sitting, chatting and having a good time!

I love this shot and how it shows the attention to detail even on the exterior.
Do you see the thin gold flashing that trims the roof? Stunning details.

A sneak of what is to come...

I love how you can see all three fixtures at once!

Let's get a close up of that fabulous Ann Sacks tile!!!
With this "rug" being the exception, the rest of the main areas of the house were done in a beautiful medium hardwood stain.
Such a seamless transition from room to room. So classic and just how it should be done!!

Such a grand and stately front door!

We enter into an elegant and refined room. And those gorgeous 10 foot seamless windows, perfection!

A few close ups of the space...

Choosing an antiqued mirror was certainly the right touch!
That fireplace was all done in Calcutta marble....swoon.

Just off of the entry we have the study with an incredible bold grasscloth wallpaper!

Navy blue bookcase with library ladder and gold accents. Heaven!

These fabulous candles (different for each room) enveloped  you with their beautiful subtle fragrances.

Who doesn't love a gorgeous pink armoire!

Many of the beautiful textiles and pillows in the home are from Caitlin's own fabric line.
I love that this home was designed with them in mind!

Off of the living room is the gorgeous powder room with DeGournay hand-painted Chinoiserie wall paper.
I about fainted when I walked in here.

That juxtaposition of circles and squares in the home is even referenced in the door knobs. Love it!

Through some beautiful french doors to the master bedroom foyer...

Love that headboard!

Closeup of the bed linens

The drop down television was so fun. The perfect option for the TV in the bedroom debate. :)

In Arizona, ceiling fans are a necessity.
I was glad to see that even in this show house a beautiful fan, instead of a chandelier was shown.

Of course with the adjoining sitting area we still got our fill of a gorgeous chandelier!

Ah... I can totally see myself with a good book and a cozy fire before bed.

You can catch here a little of the shimmer, glint of the plaster walls.
It brought such a great subtle texture to the room.

I love this gallery wall as a place to put family pictures in a home.

As we pass though the foyer we are greeted with this...

Cue angels singing.
I am not a bath kind of girl but I could be if I had this space!

A beautiful vanity for the lady of the house.

His and her vanities.
(the only way to keep the peace!) ;)

The gorgeous tile work...

Yeah I could get ready here every day...

And maybe play a little candy crush on my shower ipad.
You know you thought of it too.

Off of the vanity area is a shared closet.

This was playing while I was touring the bathroom....bliss.

This home is a Smart Home and each of the main rooms had separate music playing. Talk about ambiance. Just heavenly. If this is something you would be interested in please contact Sound Effects Entertainment  They were really nice and answered a lot of questions I had about the set up.

Back near the entry is the beautiful formal dining area.

Such a beautiful ceiling!

Through a vestibule and we are greeted with this glorious kitchen!

Let's get a close up of that stunning hood!

Brushed brass bridge faucet (say that 3 times fast!)

The fun eat in kitchen. Love the hot pink chairs! The perfect punch of color.

Is that the Barefoot Contessa on in the background? It's official I have to move in!

Beautifully styled bookcases.

Great choice on the hot pink wingchairs!

I love that the living room settee fabric and a close link to the bedroom floral made it's way to the family room.

Another gorgeous ceiling!

Off of the family room and kitchen we enter the teenager room.

Such a fun space.
I might have even been persuaded to study as a teen if I had this fabulous space!

You can tell a fun, fresh, vibrant girl lives here!

I am in love with that British Bouquet headboard fabric!

Such a sweet and girly bathroom!

I loved this arched shower! Such beautiful framing tile work.

On the other side of the teen room is the boy's room.

My son was SO excited when he saw the train track...that goes all around the room!

Such a cozy bed for a little guy.
Loved the subtle pinstripe wallpaper!

Start the kids out young with good design classics!

The train even heads into the bathroom!

Not as frilly as the girls room but still classic!

Back behind the kitchen is a cute little hallway that leads to the butler's kitchen.

Another oven, sink and mini refrigerator drawers make up the secondary kitchen.
I love the darker cabinetry here.

Beautiful wallpaper that appears striped at a distance.

Around the corner we have the laundry/mud room

Such a fun blue sink!

Closed cubbies for the kiddies. Keeps everything tidy.

This little study area or office off of the laundry room was a great use of space.

Here across from the dining area, is the top of the staircase with access to the basement.
But let's get there by way of the backyard...

This beautiful view off of the family room features a 6 panel 10' tall curved pocket doors.
Perfect for indoor outdoor living!

Such a stunning pool and Jacuzzi.

An added plus was the pool bathroom. I loved how fun it was.

A little firepit smore's action?

Here is a sneak peek at the basement. Clearly this home was built for entertaining!

And I will have to leave you in suspense for the next post!

Look for part two very, very soon!

Did you have a favorite room so far? I really loved the kitchen and butler's pantry!
