After passing through the courtyard we are greeted by this grand pivot door.
So very sleek, beautiful and not seen often!

How can your eyes not be drawn to that stunning 23' tall crystal chandelier. Wow. And the 3 dimensional ceiling, absolutely perfect to showcase this unique fixture. Imagine the rainbows this would put across the space.

A funny note, when I was touring the home there was a family with kids there too and they were just staring at the beautiful light.
The realtor there asked the kid:

"Do you know what that is?" pointing to the chandelier.
"It's a time machine!"

Ha ha ha. We all had a good laugh about it. Hey it could happen right???

Just off the front door is the dining room. The subtle sparkle from the walls throughout the space made it more glamorous, considering it was open to the rest of the room.

Right around the corner of the living room is the billiard room. Complete with a bar, and sharing the open fireplace from the living room.

Turn a bit and you will see the glass enclosed wine room, which stores 350 bottles!

Down the hall we pass the powder room with a beautiful black and gray geometric tile rug on the floor and up the wall.

Check out the craftsmanship on the vanity and pulls. I love the reference they have to the floor and walls.

Across the powder room is another pivot door that leads to the master suite.

I love to have even a small sitting area in a bedroom. This one is such a luxury!

The spa-like master bathroom.
Let's take a closer look at the shower and bath area.

The shower system has the latest in digitally controlled shower fixtures that feature light, sound, and water effects.

The tub, enclosed in the same space as the shower, is filled from the ceiling. I love a good soaking tub!

The clean lined vaneties are perfect to maintain the relaxation in the space.

There is even room for a vanity.  Again love the drawer pulls!

Exiting the master suite is this wonderful vingette. Hallways should be special too!

The library. I really like the more modern take on a coffered ceiling.

The music room

On the other side of the house open to the living room we have the kitchen.
The beautiful geometric island had a waterfall quartzite top.
The pivot doors in the home are reflected in the cabinetry with the sleek, oversized pulls.

This backsplash had light dancing all over the kitchen. I liked that a quiet quartz was used for the surrounding countertops, since the backsplash and island are so "busy".

Off of the kitchen is the guest bedroom.

That bed just shimmered! I loved the iridescence of it than just a plain white, wood or color.

The adjoining bath.

And a separate guest living area. What a great treat for your guests!

To round out our tour here is the laundry, off of the kitchen, on your way out to the garage.

Hope you enjoyed house no. 3
I'd say naming this house Luminescence was just right.

I loved the wood pulls on the bath cabinets. What was your favorite part?

Here is a sneak peek of one of my favorite homes on the tour...House no. 4
